What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is typically 50 boards per shape/size combination. However, we understand that smaller brands may need flexibility, so we offer MOQ reductions for initial orders or sample runs. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.
How long does production take?
Standard production time is 2-3 weeks for orders up to 500 boards, and 3-4 weeks for larger quantities. Rush orders can be accommodated with expedited processing for an additional fee. We'll provide exact timing when you submit your quote request.
Do you offer custom shapes and sizes?
Absolutely! We specialize in custom shapes and can work from your existing templates or help design new shapes from scratch. Our CNC capabilities allow us to create virtually any skateboard shape you can imagine. Custom tooling fees may apply for completely new shapes.
What types of wood do you use?
We primarily use premium Canadian hard rock maple, which is the industry standard for professional skateboard manufacturing. We source from FSC-certified forests and can also work with other wood types like birch or bamboo upon request.
Can you apply graphics to the boards?
Yes, we offer full graphics services including screen printing, heat transfer, and digital printing. We can work with your existing artwork or connect you with our network of graphic designers. Graphics add 3-5 days to production time.
What are your payment terms?
We require 50% deposit to begin production, with the balance due before shipping. We accept wire transfers, credit cards, and ACH payments. Net 30 terms are available for established customers with approved credit.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! We have experience with international logistics and can handle all necessary documentation. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. International orders may be subject to customs duties in the destination country.
What quality control measures do you have?
Every board goes through multiple quality checkpoints including wood inspection, lamination pressure monitoring, CNC precision verification, and final inspection. We maintain detailed production records and can provide quality certificates upon request.
Can I visit your facility?
We welcome facility tours by appointment! It's a great way to see our process firsthand and meet our team. Tours are typically scheduled on weekdays between 10 AM and 3 PM. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to arrange your visit.
What if I'm not satisfied with my order?
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If there are any quality issues with your order, we'll work with you to resolve them quickly. This may include remake of defective boards, partial refunds, or credits toward future orders. We stand behind our work 100%.
