In 2007 we decided to open up our creativity and embrace a new project in a new country: we would head to China and create pro-quality skateboards. At the time it sounded like a crazy dream and one that would take many years, but we never looked back. By getting the small details right every step of the way, we gradually grew and grew into the business we are today. Frequently Asked Questions
We are in Huizhou, Guangdong, China
We are using 100% hard rock maple (imported from Canada & USA), for our regular construction decks. This includes 2 face veneers, 3 core veneers and 2 X-bands. We use Prime and A-grade veneers, strictly, for all kinds of constructions.
For special constructions-Options such as engineered veneers, carbon and fiberglass are available, as well.
Our glue, imported from USA, is specially designed for the skateboard industry and is water-resistant
We, also, work with epoxy
Absolutely! Customized goods are the main service we offer. You have an option to choose from various molds, concaves and shape-lists, apart from sending in your own shape files and mold development files
Most of our clients send design files in AI or PSD formats
Our current turnaround time, for skateboards, is around 60 days. The lead time will be counted from the day deposit along with all the design files are received. If any files or information is missing, this would directly affect the lead time
Kindly note that some special construction products might take a longer time than standard construction products
For turnaround time on trucks, wheels and other accessories, please ask your sales associate for accurate delivery times
For orders, above $20,000: 30% advance and 70% before shipment
For orders, under $20,000: Payment terms to be discussed while placing an order
Most of our clients send payments via wire transfers to our company account. We do accept small payments through PayPal with an additional service fee
We help our customers connect with a shipping agent and ensure that they get the best shipping costs
FOB terms are only valid on container-based shipping. For all other shipments the terms are EXW
Each customer is required to check the taxes and fee, in their respective countries/territories and take care of the cost
Free storage is provided for up to 3 weeks after the order is completed and ready for shipment. After that a minimum storage fee is charged, per day, depending on the number of goods that are stored at our warehouse
